Delete Your Shemanu Account

You can permanently delete your Shemanu account and associated personal data at any time.

In the app:

1. Open Shemanu and sign in.

2. Go to Profile → Account (or Settings → Subscription & Billing).

3. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.

Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted. (You may be asked to sign in again first, for security.)

Prefer not to use the app?

Email us at support@shemanu.com from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted:

Your account, profile, saved prayers, journal (Kol Kavanah) entries, tutor session history, and payment records.

What may be retained:

Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you, and any records we are legally required to keep, for the minimum period required by law.
